Nazario-Aponte Maternity Photoshoot | Cedar Park, Texas

Planning this photoshoot with Deylen was a lot of fun. It’s always great when you instantly click with clients, even before you meet them. It makes the session that much more fun when it feels as though you’re meeting with friends to capture this special time in their lives! As we walked through the park, getting to know both Deylen and Mitchell was amazing. They’re both extremely sweet, and clearly beyond excited for their little boy to arrive!

When, Deylen and Mitchell got out of their car, the first thing you thought was how amazing they looked! It is such a proud moment when my clients show up and I can tell that they read and followed the style guide. All of my clients who read through it always mention how helpful it is. My favorite part of them reading the style guide is when they get their images back and gush about how glad they are to have taken the time to dress up! Deylen was stunning in her all white dress; it was the perfect style and worked so well for photos. Mitchell looked fantastic as well; his blue dress pants and a white shirt helped contrast against Deylen, but also will be timeless for them to look back on.

Shortly after starting the session, I quickly found out that these two were definitely natural models in front of the camera! I loved how easy they made it look. Being behind the camera, my favorite part is being able to showcase their love for one another throughout the session. Throughout the entire session there was loads of laughing and them just having fun being together, which is always the goal for my clients. Working with couples who come to their session ready to have a good time are the best type of sessions! Photos definitely shouldn’t be stressful; I want my clients to be able to leave the session thinking that they just had a great evening out together. It’s supposed to be an hour of everyone laughing, snuggling, and having fun.

Nazario-Aponte family, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of this special time in your lives. Your family is about to be a family of four (including your fur-baby, Khaleesi, of course!) and I couldn’t be more excited for you. You both are such beautiful people inside and out. Getting to meet you both and working with you was fantastic, I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I cannot wait to meet your little one! He is already so very loved. It was such an honor getting to capture these moments for you to look back on and cherish this chapter of your lives. It’s a very exciting time for your family and I hope that you enjoy these images for many years to come.
